Design build of a 2,250 SF convenience store with 12 pump canopy. Both the interior and the exterior have design features that make it stand tall compared to typical convenience stores and required some unusual construction details. Despite having to demo an existing store, this project was completed in 83 days, which was 7 days ahead of the contractual completion date.
