This project was completed with approximately 60% use of our own work force. A 19,000 sq ft. office building designed and built by Ford Construction Company Inc. in conjunction with Lizer & Associates for future tenant finish. The site was very unstable and required unusual soil stabilization as dictated by the Foundation Engineer. The aesthetics of the exterior and commons areas represent the quality of design and execution that Ford Construction Company Inc. prides itself on. Completed on time and on budget. Owners budget did not allow for change orders.
