Design - Build with Design Specialists, 11,531 sf two story office building. This facility was designed for Ford Construction to be their main office building. The exterior features custom glass, stucco and stone. The interior features a large indoor planter in lobby at the reception area, several offices to accommodate a staff of up to 20 including break room, conference room, storage room, shop, IT room, copy room, and the design department. This facility is a pre-engineered steel building and included all site work and landscaping. The project schedule was seven months, completed on time and under the initial budget. One Change Order was issued during this project for crediting the purchase of the Transformer, vs.the budget allowance.
