Design - Build with Design Specialists, 34,000 SF of office, warehouse and truck canopy for a covered loading area. This pre-engineered steel building with an exterior finish of stucco and stone veneer. This unique project included such items as a rail car loading dock, truck loading dock and a detailed interior which allows this hardwood supplier to display their wares. Change Orders for this project included one for regulations inside and outside the building (18 items) for asphalted fire lanes, upgrading fire line to 8", impact fees, exhaust fans /louvers, egress lights, fire panel upgrade and power smoke ventilators. The second was the Owners request to change the size of a gate. The third was another Owner request to change the piping for the fire sprinklers to galvanized, and the final was a close out credit change order on allowance items. Our six (6) month schedule was completed as scheduled.
