This professional office building was a design build with Design Specialists featuring four tenant spaces. This facility was a pre-engineered steel building roofing system with metal stud framed exterior, finished with stucco. The distinctive look of this building features front columns and supporting door protective overhead projections, and an eye catching parapet design. This facility included all site work and landscaping. Five Change Orders on this project as a result of the Grand Junction Planning Department changing their decision on how we handled the sewer lines, and sewer tap in Patterson, plus the addition of a fire sprinkler system with fire tap. The Change Order total for this project was $ 108K. The original schedule was 5 ½ months and our finish schedule was seven (7) months.
