About this Project
CM/GC – New Construction of 56,103 SF hybrid construction incorporating wood framing/trusses (offices), structural steel (warehouse offices), and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (warehouse) with expandable end wall frame for future expansion. The new facility is equipped with a full commercial kitchen (1,053 SF) for Meals on Wheels, full finish administrative offices (8,036 SF) and warehouse with high pile storage (41,383 SF). Warehouse includes forklift accessible 24’ in height cooler (4,434 SF) and freezer (2,799 SF).
Administrative area is finished with ceramic tile, carpet, stained/polished concrete, and LVT tile. Acoustical ceilings were utilized for ceilings throughout except for restrooms.
Warehouse designed to accommodate high pile storage with 27’-3” eave height, and six (6) recessed docks for tractor trailer access.
Full Site Development, 6.39 acres, with (6) recessed docks, outside garden area with gathering shelter, asphalt parking lot and landscaping.
