BIDDING - CDOT Craig HVAC Upgrades

Location:        270 Ranney St, Craig, Colorado 81625

Accepting Proposals by Email:        No Later than 11:00 am on Thursday May 6th 2024.

RFI’s by Email:         No Later than 2:00 pm on Thursday April 25^th 2024.

Project Scope:           This scope covers the removal and proper disposal of existing MEP equipment, as well as the installation of new MEP equipment and connection to existing systems. Please consult the MEP drawings for detailed information. Additionally, the project entails the replacement or addition of concrete pads, thermal insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, metal framing, outlets, gypsum board assemblies, reconfiguration of acoustical ceilings, and painting.

Taxes:             Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax.

Bid Form:      Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your Proposal.

Project Schedule:
            Pre-Submittal Question Deadline:      4/25/2024 no later than 2:00pm
            Deadline for Proposal Submittal:       5/06/2024 no later than 11:00am
            Anticipated Construction Duration:   June 2024 – September 2024
