Accepting Proposals by Email:        No Later than 10:00 am on Tuesday February 20^th, 2024.

RFI’s by Email:         No Later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday January 31^st, 2024.

Project Scope:       Construct new 2,016 SF Restroom building at the Garfield County Fairgrounds. Work includes, removal of asphalt, tie into existing sewer at manhole, excavation, cast-in-place concrete, CMU masonry, stone veneer (match existing), light-gage framing, wood trusses, insulation, metal roof, windows, doors/hardware, drywall, UL rated assemblies, FRP, tile, painting, E.I.F.S (match existing), polished concrete, signage, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Review Attachment A for anticipated construction dates.

Taxes:             Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax.

Bid Form:      Be sure to include cost breakdown of your proposal to the County’s format.
                        Reference the Cost Breakdown Sheet (Attachment B)

Project Schedule:
            Pre-Submittal Question Deadline:      1/31/2024 no later than 12:00pm
            Deadline for Proposal Submittal:       2/20/2024 no later than 10:00am
            Anticipated Construction Duration:   March 2024 – Dec 2024 (Scenario #1)
            Anticipated Construction Duration:   August 2024 – April 2025 (Scenario #2)
