Design - Build with Design Specialists, 34,000 SF of office, warehouse and truck canopy for a covered loading area. This pre-engineered steel building with an exterior finish of stucco and stone veneer. This unique project included such items as a rail car loading dock, truck loading dock and a detailed interior which allows this hardwood supplier to display their wares. Site work included 46,548 sf of asphalt paving, curb and gutters, 4,693 sf of landscaping.
