Accepting Proposals by Email: No Later than 10:00 am August 20th 2025
RFI’s by Email: No Later than 12:00pm on August 13th 2025
Project Scope: New Construction of 3,500 SF pre-engineered metal building, for CMC facilities. Trades include, sitework/excavation, site utilities, oil/sand separator, concrete, rigid insulation (foundation), vapor barrier, PEMB erector, vinyl faced insulation, wood framing, batt insulation, drywall, man doors, windows, overhead doors, painting, stain/seal concrete, rubber base, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
Bid Form: Client has provided a proposal breakdown sheet. Be sure to itemize your proposal in accordance with their bid form breakdown.
Taxes: Project is tax exempt. Do not include material sale tax in your proposal.
Project Schedule:
- Pre-Submittal Question Deadline: August 13th 2025, no later than 12:00pm
- Deadline for Proposal Submittal: August 20th 2025, no later than 10:00am
- Anticipated Construction Start: September 2025
- Final Completion: Spring 2026
