BIDDING - CDOT Vestibule Remodel

Location:     222 S. 6th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501

Accepting Proposals by Email:     No later than 2:00 pm - Wednesday, April 1st,  2020

RFI's:      Are to be submitted by March 27, 2020 at 3:00 PM 

Project Scope:   Interior remodel of the first floor conference room.  Work includes, demo, doors and hardware, windows framing, drywall, carpet tile, acoustic ceiling repair , resilient base, paint, HVAC, and electrical. 
    
Bid Form:    The owner has requested bid alternates.  Please break out your bid accordingly. 

Taxes:     The project is tax exempt.  Please do not include taxes in your proposal.

Optional Site Visit:    Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 at 9:00 AM.  Meet at main entrance. 

Project Schedule of Dates:
  • Pre-Submittal Question Deadline: March 27th, 2020 at 3:00 pm 
  • Deadline for Proposal Submittal: April 1, 2020 at 2:00 pm
  • Anticipated Construction Duration: Late April 2020 - June 2020
