RFI's:      Are to be submitted by March 19, 2020 at 1:00 PM 

Project Scope:   Interior remodel of the first and second floor of the GJ Public Safety Facility.  Work includes, demo, doors and hardware, framing, drywall, ceramic tile, resilient base, paint, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.        

Bid Form:       Please break out your bid for material and labor. 

Taxes:     The project is tax exempt.  Please do not include taxes in your proposal.

Project Schedule of Dates:
  • Pre-Submittal Question Deadline: March 19, 2020 at 1:00 pm
  • Deadline for Proposal Submittal: March 27th, 2020 at 1:00 pm
  • Anticipated Construction Duration: April 2020 - July 2020
